10 SIGNS
No advertising signs, billboards, unsightly objects or nuisances shall be erected, placed or permitted to remain on a Unit, the building, in the common areas or on the balconies.
No advertising or solicitations of any kind may be distributed on the premises.
Official signs & notices may be posted by the Board and/or management company at various locations throughout the building to remind
residents of matters related to safety and security.
Fines will be issued for tampering with or removing signs and notices.
These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security, comfort,
and financial interests of our owners and all other residents. Noncompliance can result in fines and/or
additional consequences.
