15 GARAGE & PARKING

  1. Please refer to current Parking Regulations for River Towne.
  2. Enter and exit the front gate only through the proper lanes, one car at a time. Do NOT manually move gate. Any one who damages the gate will be responsible for any and all damages incurred. 
  3. Please adhere to the one way direction through the garage to reduce the risk of injury or damage.
  4. Mobile homes, buses, recreational vehicles, and the like shall not be parked at River Towne.
  5. Likewise, no vehicle shall be occupied for overnight usage.
  6. All vehicles shall be of appropriate height and width so as not to cause damage to the gate,

ceiling, walls or supporting building pillars.

  1. Damage caused to the garage by a unit owner, their family, resident or guest will be the

responsibility of the unit owner.  Damage includes but is not limited to leaking fluids.

  1. No repairs to vehicles, boats, trailers, personal watercrafts, etc. may be performed on the premises8. Parked vehicles must fit entirely within the marked boundaries indicated on the garage floor

striping or striping on the outside parking area within the gates and no part of the vehicle, including trailer hitches, may protrude into the common

drive path.

9.Owners are requested to use courtesy to others at all times with respect to vehicle horns.

10.Allocated spaces and all common areas in the garage must remain clean and free of loosely

stored items because they can encourage rodent/insect infestation and reduce the efficiency

of routine sweeping and cleaning.

  1. The Garage may not be used for storage of any items other than personal vehicle.

 

12.Storage of flammable liquids is strictly prohibited in the garages.

13.Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the garages.

14.These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security,

comfort, and financial interests of our owners and all other residents.

Noncompliance can result in fines and/or additional consequences.
