16 TRASH

1. The trash dumpster located near the gate is provided as a

convenience for disposal of customary household trash..

2. Trash must first be placed in appropriately sized sealed plastic bags.
3. No construction material, furniture, flooring, other debris, cardboard boxes, Styrofoam, pet waste and

trash must never be left outside the dumpster.c

4. Construction material, furniture, flooring, etc cannot be discarded in or around the dumpster.
5. All cardboard boxes must be broken down before placing in the dumpster.
6. Recyclables may be brought to 225 W Moody Ave, Knoxville, TN 37920.
7. These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security,

comfort, and financial interests of our owners and all other residents. Noncompliance can

result in fines and/or additional consequences.
