04 UTILITIES & ELEVATOR

1. Telephone, cable and internet services are up to each resident’s responsibility and they must contact them directly to establish

service. Billing is also received directly from them.

2. Electric service is provided by Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB). Each owner must contact them

directly to establish service. Billing is also received directly from them.

3. Water & Wastewater billing is handled by Utility Billing Service (UBS). The management

company will contact UBS on the date of closing, advising them of all usage as of the closing

date. Unless the unit owner informs the management company otherwise, UBS will send bills

to the unit address.

4. Property Taxes (both City of Knoxville and Knox County) must be paid annually by the unit

owner.

5. Elevator – Do not hold the elevator doors open by force as this shuts down service.  If you, your guests, or your pet(s) makes a mess in the elevator, you must clean it up.  There is NO SMOKING/VAPING in the elevator pursuant to Fire Marshall.  This is against the law, may cause alarms to sound and shut down the elevator.  Violations may result in fines by the Fire Department and the Board.
