- No carts are provided to assist residents in moving.
- River Towne takes pride in maintaining a clean comfortable elevator to provide easy access
from the parking area to every floor.
- All residents are responsible for discarding any unwanted items, including furniture, mattresses, or other bulk items to Knox County Solid Waste Center or other waste facility. The RTHOA Dumpster is for residential waste only. Violations may result in fines and/or other consequences.
- These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security,
comfort, and financial interests of our owners and all other residents. Noncompliance can
result in fines and/or additional consequences.
