- The Developer constructed the dock at River Towne for the use and
enjoyment of all River Towne Marina Slip Owners.
- The River Towne Marina Slips are for the private use of unit owners who
have purchased slips.
3. All marina slip owners are required to maintain a minimum of $300,000 in Protection and Indemnity (P & I) insurance for their water vessels. Water vessels include any and all watercrafts or waterborne vessels that are designed for travel across or through water bodies.
