7 NORMAL PROTOCOL
- Delivered packages are normally placed outside each resident's door if they cannot fit in the designated mailboxes
- All residents will be responsible for checking and picking up their own packages.
- The association and the management company are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
4 These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security,
comfort, and financial interests of our owners and all other residents. Noncompliance can
result in substantial fines and/or other serious consequences.
