Maintaining an up to date roster of unit owners, occupants, and pet residents is very important for

several reasons related to safety and security.

  1. Hence, each unit owner shall be responsible for immediately notifying the Management Company for the Association of any

sale, transfer, or lease of their unit and shall provide the Association with the contact information of each purchaser or resident.  

  1. Each owner shall also be responsible to provide updated information whenever:
  • A change occurs in the status of the occupants
  • A change occurs in the status of the pet residents
  • A request is made for new or replacement gate FOBs or Parking Permits
  • A survey is requested by the Board and/or management company
  1. These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security,

comfort, and financial interests of our owners and all other residents. Noncompliance can

result in fines and/or additional consequences.

in accordance with the Declaration and the Bylaws.
