14 ELEVATED WALKWAYS

One of the charming aspects of living at River Towne includes the views of the bluff.

1. Residents are not permitted to place personal furniture or other décor items in common

areas, including entry ways, alcoves, and walkways without specific approval from the

Association.

2. Unapproved furniture or decor placed in common areas is subject to removal and

disposal without notice.

3. Further, all common areas must remain clear of any items or furniture.
4. 5. Empty boxes and recyclables may not be left outside the unit for any amount of time
5. Bagged trash may not be set outside the unit for any amount of time and must be taken to the

dumpster.

7. Unit owners may display welcome

plaques, names, and seasonal decorations on their door, or within the space on either side

of their door so long as they do not impair ingress or egress and are not offensive in any way.

8. When such decorations are removed, the condition of the door and wall must be returned to

original condition, including appropriate patching and painting, if necessary.

9.These rules and regulations have been established to protect the health, safety, security,

comfort, and financial interests of our owners and all other residents. Noncompliance can

result in fines and/or additional consequences.
